A phone call is the quickest way to get help, and it is how most of our customers reach us. If the water is out right now, call; do not wait on a form. For planned work, such as a pump that is getting old, a pressure tank that cycles too often, water that has started to taste or smell different, or a new well for a building lot, a call works just as well.

What to have ready when you call

• The property address, and whether it is a home, a farm or both
• What the water is doing: none at all, low pressure, sputtering, cloudy, muddy, rusty or smelly
• When it started, and whether anything changed first: a storm, a power outage, a freeze
• Whether the pump breaker has tripped, and what the pressure gauge on the tank reads
• Anything you know about the well: its age, depth, or the last time the pump was replaced

What happens next

1. We answer, listen, and tell you plainly what we think is going on and what happens next.
2. A technician comes out, diagnoses the whole system, and explains your options before any work starts.
3. We fix it right, usually the same day, and test the system before we leave.

We serve Staunton, Waynesboro, Verona, Fishersville, Churchville and Augusta County from Staunton, and Culpeper, Brandy Station, Stevensburg, Rapidan and Culpeper County from Culpeper. Have a question first? Our FAQs cover the common ones.

“We will never use anyone else! Corey came out today, on a Saturday morning, to figure out why we had no water. He was able to determine the most likely reason, and came BACK to fix it this afternoon. We couldn't be more happy with the quick response, upfront and accurate information, and reasonable pricing. We're happy to have our water back, and happy we found y'all on a random google search! So thankful for y'all's help!!”
